I was honored to stand up in Libby and Andy's wedding over the holiday weekend. Two beautiful people ... happily married. Life is good. (Thanks for the free drinks and fabulous food.) It was fun to see some familiar smiles from my college days and to meet some new friends as well.
We enjoyed our stay in Lambertville, NJ. Our room at the station was comfortable and accommodating and provided a pleasant a 3/4 view of the Delaware River. This Charming, gay-friendly town was filled with innocent antiques and simple restaurants.
Just a short hop, skip, and jump across the bridge was New Hope, PA. Here biker dudes filled the streets with leather and loud engines while rich Manhattanites paraded in Prada on the super small sidewalks. Stuffed with outdoor bars, eateries, and funky gift shops this place provided the ultimate in people watching. We enjoyed a lovely dinner at The Landing on the water and a brilliant brunch at Odette's.
With all that said, it is nice to be back home.
